Return/Refund policy

Returns must be made within 15 calendar days of your receipt date.

Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.

Vegure is your one-stop shop and is created products that are for a personal use. Likewise it will possible to apply the return policy only on broken or damaged item.

All our products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the customer receives an item that is broken or damaged, they must contact the customer service by mail at info@vegure.com upon receipt of the order for a replacement.

It will be required to email us images of the damage along with order information.
